A technical officer with the Cape Grim Baseline Air Pollution Station in Tasmania's north-west has won an international award. Laurie Porter has been named a 'National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Environmental Hero' for his work collecting greenhouse gas data for more than 20 years.
