For the first time ever, the City of Arvin has a voice in decisions being made by the Valley Air District. Arvin City Council member Raji Brar has been appointed to the Board of Governors of the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District. Brar’s appointment approved Wednesday night by a vote of cities already represented on the Air District Board.
