Wind-blown ash from the summer’s 240,207-acre Zaca wildfire has fouled Santa Barbara skies, leading to health warnings. The Division of Environmental Quality has published the Air Pollution Control Regulations in the Commonwealth Register and the comment period that was supposed to end Dec. 19 has been extended until Jan. 15, 2008.
