An annual award for government leaders who battle air pollution will be named in memory of former Riverside County Supervisor Roy Wilson, who will posthumously receive the award Friday. Wilson's widow, Aurora, will accept the honors from the South Coast Air Quality Management District at its 21st Annual Clean Air Awards at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in downtown Los Angeles.
