Boise, ID - The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality issued a yellow air quality alert for the Treasure Valley Sunday. That means all outdoor burning is prohibited in both Ada and Canyon Counties. The DEQ blames the higher levels of air pollution on stagnant air and smoke.
